Shipping & Returns


Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day. Destination times vary depending on weather, distance and accessibility to your city.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department confirming your purchase has shipped, and giving you freight carrier information, tracking number and instructions.

SMALL ITEMS (pool cues, pool cases, ping pong paddles, darts, etc.)
We package our shipments to standards higher than the Canada Post requirements, but, on rare occasions, some items may become damaged in transit. When you receive your boxes, please do not sign for any boxes containing damaged items (please go ahead and sign for any boxes that have items that are all intact).

LARGE ITEMS (table tennis tables, foosball tables, etc.)
Every shipment will leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing. Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for claim against carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off, limits our liability as well as the freight carrier. 

Free delivery
We provide free delivery and installation on all our pool tables to the Greater Vancouver Area. This includes Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock and the rest of the Vancouver area. We regularly deliver and install our pool tables to Whistler, Vancouver Island and the rest of BC.


*Home Billiards Sales reserves the right to cancel orders if shipping is deemed an unreasonable price from our warehouse. Our team will contact you with information on shipping options. 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, and would like to request a return or a replacement, please note the following:

  1. No refunds on poker/casino products
  2. No warranty or returns on all cues
  3. 15% restock fee on all refunds within 30 days
  4. Exchanges within 7 days with receipt
  5. Original invoice must be presented during all return, exchange and refund
  6. All products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, packing materials and box
  7. All products returned for refund must be in good resalable condition*
