Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day. Destination times vary depending on weather, distance and accessibility to your city.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department confirming your purchase has shipped, and giving you freight carrier information, tracking number and instructions.
SMALL ITEMS (pool cues, pool cases, ping pong paddles, darts, etc.) -
We package our shipments to standards higher than the Canada Post requirements, but, on rare occasions, some items may become damaged in transit. When you receive your boxes, please do not sign for any boxes containing damaged items (please go ahead and sign for any boxes that have items that are all intact).
Small Items are shipped within 24 business hours. Most B.C residents receive products within 2 busessines days. Add a business day per province outside B.C.
LARGE ITEMS (table tennis tables, foosball tables, etc.)
Every shipment will leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing. Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for claim against carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off, limits our liability as well as the freight carrier.
Large Items are shipped within 24 business hours. Most B.C residents receive products within 3 busessines days. Add a business day per province outside B.C.
Free delivery
We provide free delivery and installation on all our pool tables to the Greater Vancouver Area. This includes Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock and the rest of the Vancouver area. We regularly deliver and install our pool tables to Whistler, Vancouver Island and the rest of BC.

We offer free shipping on select orders; however, we want to ensure transparency regarding potential additional charges associated with certain services and locations. Please be aware that free shipping does not cover supplementary services, including but not limited to lift gates, remote access, and beyond or remote charges based on your location.
Additional Service Charges:
Some delivery services may require extra assistance or specialized equipment, such as lift gates, for unloading. These additional services are not included in the free shipping offer and will incur separate charges. If your delivery address requires supplementary services, please contact our customer service team to obtain a quote and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Remote Location Charges:
Certain destinations may be considered remote or beyond standard delivery routes. If your shipping address falls into such a category, additional charges may apply. These charges are determined by the shipping carrier based on your location. Before completing your order, please verify with our customer service team if your address qualifies as a remote location to avoid any unforeseen costs.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to understand that, as a small business, there are fees associated with processing returns. 1. 14-Day Return Window
If you’ve paid with a Buy Now Pay Later company, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. A full refund will apply as per the terms of the BNPL partner.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a BNPL return:
