Pool Table Installation & Disassembly
Table in pieces? New table arriving? Clearing the room for a renovation? We can help with installation, assembly or dismantling. Let us know where the table is now and what needs to happen next.
Beyond the usual route.
By helicopter, crane, boat or barge, we’ve installed game rooms in places you might not expect. Tell us where you want yours. We’ll assess the access, plan the work and quote your project.
Specialist transport and access costs are quoted separately.
Choose the work you need
- Assembly and levelling
- For a dismantled table already at the service location. Transport is not included unless it is added to the job.
- New-table delivery and installation
- Delivery and installation are included with pool tables purchased from Home Billiards in the Lower Mainland. We bring the table into the room, assemble it and level it for play.
- Dismantling only
- Taking the table apart and keeping its components organised for storage or separate transport. Setting it up again is a separate service.
Buying from Home Billiards or another supplier?
Our pool tables include delivery and installation in the Lower Mainland. Let us know about stairs, elevators or tight access so we can plan the job.
If you’re buying elsewhere, check what the seller’s delivery covers. Curbside delivery is a drop-off; bringing the table inside and assembling it are separate work. We can assess installation for a table bought from another supplier.
Get the room ready first
Have the final table position and access route ready. Tell us about stairs, elevators and building restrictions. If you're changing flooring or adding a rug under the table, plan that before the final setup so the table doesn't need another move.
For a table already taken apart, send photos of the frame, slate, rails, pockets, hardware and cloth. Keep the parts together until we've checked what's there.

Pool Table Installation & Disassembly questions
Will you install a table I bought elsewhere?
We install some tables bought from other suppliers. Send the brand, model, size and installation instructions, plus photos of the boxes or components. We'll check the table and what's been supplied before saying yes. Manufacturer requirements and any warranty questions need to be settled with the seller.
Does assembly include levelling?
Yes, assembly includes levelling the table for play. It doesn't automatically include moving it from another address, replacing the cloth or repairing damaged parts. Those need to be included in the quote where required.
Can you put the existing cloth back on?
Sometimes. It depends on its condition and how it was removed. Send a clear photo of the cloth laid out, without stretching or cutting it. We can't promise reuse before it's been checked.
Can you dismantle it, let my movers transport it, then reassemble it?
Yes, that can be quoted as separate dismantling and assembly work. Make it clear who is transporting the components and when they'll be at the destination. Transport by another company is not part of our installation service.
How long will setup take, and when can you come?
That depends on the table, its condition, access and the work booked. Cushion work or missing parts can change the plan. Once we've checked the job, we'll give you the expected timing and confirm an available date or service window.
What if hardware or parts are missing?
Tell us before the appointment and send photos of what you have. We'll check what's needed and whether replacements can be sourced. An assembly booking isn't a guarantee that missing or damaged parts can be replaced on the day.
Do you assemble other game tables?
We can assess delivery and assembly for table tennis, foosball and 3-in-1 game tables. Send the exact model, where it was purchased and whether it's already on site. The work needs to be checked against that model.
